""This book challenges current views of what it means to be a citizen by focusing on displacement and experiences of space as a political concept. Developing the concept of 'political space', the author analyses how historical processes shape spatial arrangements, informing the identities and political subjectivity available to people. Using Bangladesh as a case study for camp and non-camp based displacement, the book argues that concepts of citizenship are temporally, socially and spatially produced and that therefore crude binary oppositions of statelessness and citizenship are no longer relevant. The book's findings are of relevance to wider problems of displacement, citizenship and ethnic relations worldwide"--

This paper discusses the treatment that states have and will be done concerning Suku Bajau?s nationality which has spread around Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia by comparing how European Union states treat the Gypsies. Protection about the right to have a nationality itself has regulate in international law instrument, but practically there are still many violations to these rights. Finally, Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia responsible to take action to handle Suku Bajau?s statelessness by learning about how European Union treats the Gypsies. Those actions are regional-citizenship concept, determine Bajau habitual residence, and implementing international regulation to national law. Specifically to Bajau tribal areas which in the archipelagic water, it is likely to give them traditional fishing rights by Indonesia."

Mandat tersebut telah tertuang jelas dalam Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness 1961.

Statelessness is not a new phenomenon in international world. Statelessness has been discussed since its first appearance in the end of First World War until Second World War. United Nations has given its mandate to UNHCR to overcome the rising of statelessness in the world. Its mandate is based on Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness 1961. However, since this mandate had been set, what we can find is the total amount of stateless person is increasing. UNHCR predicted that there are up to 12 million of stateless people worldwide. Considering this fact, it caught the author attention to develop further discussion about how international response to statelessness after the creation of Convention on the reduction of statelessness 1961. In this writing, the author will also mention about the progress definition of statelessness and various causes of statelessness."

""Nuclear Weapons Under International Law is a comprehensive treatment of nuclear weapons under key international law regimes. It critically reviews international law governing nuclear weapons with regard to the inter-state use of force, international humanitarian law, human rights law, disarmament law, and environmental law, and discusses where relevant the International Court of Justice's 1996 Advisory Opinion. Unique in its approach, it draws upon contributions from expert legal scholars and international law practitioners who have worked with conventional and non-conventional arms control and disarmament issues. As a result, this book embraces academic consideration of legal questions within the context of broader political debates about the status of nuclear weapons under international law"--"
